Construction Options:

•  Gold Vermeil or Sterling Silver:
• • Select between a gold vermeil clasp with a gold vermeil 4-inch extendable chain or a sterling silver clasp with a sterling silver 4-inch extendable chain.

How to Measure Your Waist:

1. Prepare: Use a flexible measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.
2. Find Your Waist: Locate your natural waistline. This is typically the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button and below your ribcage. ***If you prefer the waist beads to sit lower, measure your lower abdomen instead.
3. Measure: Wrap the measuring tape (or string) around your chosen area. Ensure it's snug but not tight and that it's parallel to the floor.
4. Record the Measurement: Note the measurement in inches. This is your waist size for your custom waist beads.

2. Bead and Crystal Colors: Specify your preferred colors for the glass beads and crystals.
3. Shell Inclusion: Indicate if you would like cowrie shells and/or coconut shells included in your waist beads.
